Booking service
Booking gets handled with 1 of 2 methods.
Please note that I don't have a secretary or a towering building of employees answering calls all day. I depend on modern technology to handle the majority of the information that gets passed along.
Booking method 1.
I can set up a secure page for your customers to get information to your email address of choice. This is done with a form on a webpage (from "book-a-time.net"
that I maintain and operate
) which is hosted by Nicepage. I will need to know what information exactly you need from your customers. This method gets set up and left alone until changes need to be made. The process is then automated and information is directed to you for you to handle and use for your own business purposes. There is no additional charge for Booking method 1 that comes with every website level I offer; Simple, Regular and Bigger.
Booking method 2:
I can set up the same secure page as mentioned in method 1. For method 2, I handle your information and maintain your schedule. Your schedule is fed to a calendar of which will be your responsibility to follow. Booking method 2 is maintained by me with a subscription cost to you.
PRICE $ of Booking method 2. The cost of this subscription starts at $10 week and can get as high as $200 a week. The cost of a subscription for Booking method 2 depends on how many customers I schedule for you on a weekly basis. For example if for the month of June I scheduled a total of 200 customers for you all month (from the first day on June to the last day of June) long for you to see in your calendar. Then you will be charged $50 every Friday in July. Then if you get only 40 or less customers scheduled for all of July. Then in August you would get charged $10 each Friday in August.
